Cortijo rental near Seville for large groups: up to 30 people in the Sierra Norte

Cortijo Los Tomillares is an Andalusian cortijo rented in its entirety to groups of 10 to 30 people, 1 h 15 min from Seville, in the heart of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park (a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Starlight Reserve). Nine double bedrooms, a loft for the kids, a 13×8 m infinity pool facing the hills and 250 private hectares with nobody else around.

For more than ten years it has been rented mostly by groups of friends with children, large families and celebrations. More than 200 Google reviews with an average of 4.7 tell the story better than we can.

Who this cortijo is for

  • Several families with children. A loft for about 12 kids (the "sleepover" of the reviews), playground, giant trampoline, games room with billiards, table football and table tennis, and a farm with goats and hens: mornings are for milking and collecting eggs.
  • Groups of friends. Large living rooms with a fireplace, a big kitchen with a semi-professional coffee machine, stone barbecue, griddle, wood-fired oven and paella pan. Smart TV with sports channels. And the pool with its Balinese bed for the afternoons.
  • Celebrations and family reunions. Birthdays, anniversaries, cousins' get-togethers, stag and hen weekends. Absolute privacy: the house sits at the top of the estate, 4 km from the village, with no neighbours.
  • Retreats and company groups. Nine bedrooms, WiFi across the estate, room to work and silence. If you need catering or activities, we'll put you in touch with local providers.

How many people does the cortijo sleep?
Up to 30. There are 9 double bedrooms (most with a double bed, two with twin beds) and a loft where about 12 children sleep. The whole cortijo is always rented, so it works just as well for a group of 10-12 as for 30.
How much does a weekend cost?
€1,900 for the whole weekend, with check-in and check-out whenever you like and the option to arrive on Thursday at no extra cost (outside July, August and bank-holiday weekends). Between 30 people that's about €63 per person for the whole weekend. Bank holidays and special dates: €3,200 for 3 nights (Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve €3,500).
How far is it from Seville?
1 h 15 min by car from Seville, in Guadalcanal, inside the Sierra Norte de Sevilla Natural Park. About 2 hours from Córdoba and Mérida.
What's included?
Everything: bed linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-fired oven and paella pan, WiFi, air conditioning and heating in every room, pool (in season), billiards, table football, table tennis, trampoline, playground and the farm animals.
Is it suitable for celebrations?
Yes. It's a private 250-hectare estate with total privacy: nobody can hear you. Most of our groups come to celebrate something: milestone birthdays, family reunions, stag and hen weekends, old-friends' reunions or company retreats.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome.
How do I book?
Write to us on WhatsApp or through the form with your dates and group size. A 50% transfer confirms the booking; the rest is paid on arrival. If you have to cancel, we put the cortijo back on the market and, if it's rented again, we refund your deposit in full.
